In honor of Mother's Day month, we invite all mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, and women (ages 11+) to empower yourselves at our very first Self Defense Workshop at AIM! Join us as we learn the fundamentals of self-protection, self-awareness, and hands on defense techniques for dangerous situations.
This workshop will be taught by Self-defense expert, Jessica Becerra(Master in Tae Kwon Do, 1st degree Black Belt in KenPo, trained in Kickboxing, with over 30 years of experience).
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. *Mother/daughter pairs will receive a special discount!
