Let's Zumba for a Cause! In honor of Down Syndrome Awareness Month(March), we will have a Zumbathon on Sunday March 31st from 2:00 - 3:30 with the incredible Alisha Negron, and other guest instructors. Let's dance, move, shake, and sweat together as we raise awareness for Down Syndrome, and raise money for the amazing Nothing Down Non-Profit Organization. We invite women of all ages, sizes, backgrounds and abilities.
Don't forget to wear your crazy mis-matched socks to show some love for our friends with extra chromosomes!
